The Rules
We follow all state laws and regulatory practices as a tattoo shop. If you're considering getting a tattoo please note the following:
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have a medical condition that would prevent you from getting a tattoo.
- You are not under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol the day of your appointment.
- That you are eighteen years of age old or older. We will not tattoo children, it is against the law!
Furthermore:
- We are a cash only tattoo shop, we do not take credit cards, venmo, cashapp, etc. for payments or deposits.
- Deposits are not refundable if you decide to cancel. Our time is valuable and limited, please be considerate when deciding to make an appointment.
- Tips are much appreciated and encouraged! 100% of tips go directly to the artist who does your tattoo.
